Do you enhance stone's color on pictures ?
No, we don't seek to enhance color on pictures, stones have been shot as close as true color.

If I request a stone that is already sold, will you send a substitute?
No. Each stone specimen is unique. We will never ship a substitute. However, if we have multiple specimens from the same location, you may request an alternative.
